7-Up Salad
2 small boxes lemon jello
2 cups chilled 7-up
2 cups boiling water
1 cup crushed pineapple
3-4 sliced bananas
1 cups chopped pecans
2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. butter
2 cups whipped cream topping

Combine jello, 7-up and boiling water and let set until slightly jelled. Add crushed pineapple, bananas
and marshmallows. Let mixture get firm. In a saucepan combine sugar, egg, flour and pineapple juice. Cook
until thick. Remove from heat and then add butter. Let cool. Fold in whipped cream. Spread cooked mixture
over jello and sprinkle top with nuts. Refrigerate two hours before serving.
