Fresh Veggie Marinated Salad

1 head cauliflower
1 head brocolli
1 1 lb. bag of carrots

4 to 5 tomatoes
1 bottle Viva Itallian Dressing

Cut up cauliflower into chuncks. Slice brocolli florets off the main stalks. Then slice the main stalks
in to coin sized chunks. Peel and slice the carrots into coins. Chop the tomatoes. Mix all the veggies
together in a large bowl. Pour the bottle of Viva Itallian over all. May eat after several hours, but
best if marinated overnight. This is a very good recipe.
