Open and drain all beans and combine. Add onion and bell peppers in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar,
salt and pepper. Drizzle vinegar and oil over the top. Toss slightly to mix. Chill overnight. Next morning
drain and serve on lettuce or in bowl. This is a much requested recipe. Great for picnics, potlucks and
I even had a friend who served this at her daughter's wedding. The best part is you make it the day before.
I GARNISH WITH SLICED RED AND GREEN PEPPERS.
